I help people buy and sell homes. I negotiate. I show up. I care a lot about doing it well.

But I also love to write.

This space is where I share the stories around the houses — the awkward Disneyland moments, the gym resets, the tailgate cookies, the pivots that knock the wind out of you, and the quiet ones that sneak up and change everything.
